Responsibility
- Collaborate with Customer Relationship Managers to identify client financial needs and recommend suitable bancassurance products.
- Conduct in-depth financial consultations to educate clients on insurance, investment, and savings solutions.
- Develop and present customized financial plans aligned with clients’ short-term and long-term goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new bancassurance products to provide accurate advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups and personalized service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for bancassurance products while ensuring compliance with banking and insurance regulations.
- Prepare and submit client proposals, reports, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance, financial advisory, or sales within the banking/insurance sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of bancassurance products, insurance policies, and financial planning.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for client management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
