Responsibility
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on industrial bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.) at client locations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in bakery machinery
- Conduct on-site repairs and equipment servicing with minimal downtime
- Install and commission new bakery equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare technical reports for clients
- Provide technical training to client staff on basic equipment operation and maintenance
- Manage spare parts inventory and recommend replacements when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and food industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in food processing or bakery equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial bakery machinery (preferred)
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift equipment components (up to 25kg)
- Basic English proficiency for technical documentation
