Responsibility
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to promote our incinerator solutions to industrial, healthcare, and municipal clients.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, government agencies, and environmental consultants.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in waste management.
- Create compelling sales collateral, proposals, and presentations tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with company revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to refine product messaging and value propositions based on market feedback.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in industrial equipment, environmental technology, or waste management.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in a technical or engineering-driven industry.
- Strong understanding of incineration technology, waste management regulations, or environmental compliance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
