Responsibility

  • Lead and support Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience activities, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Track and maintain business service criticality and impact tolerance assessments to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on governance and resilience metrics to senior management.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization's governance and resilience posture.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on governance best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, or business continuity planning within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing governance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Certifications such as CBCP, CRISC, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
