Responsibility
- Lead and support Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience activities, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Track and maintain business service criticality and impact tolerance assessments to mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on governance and resilience metrics to senior management.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization's governance and resilience posture.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on governance best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, or business continuity planning within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing governance policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications such as CBCP, CRISC, or similar are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
