Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for aircraft and components, optimizing for efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Maintenance Technicians, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and track maintenance progress rigorously, making necessary adjustments to plans to mitigate operational disruptions.
- Ensure strict adherence of all maintenance activities to international aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA, ICAO) and company specific standards.
- Accurately forecast, procure, and manage spare parts, tooling, and personnel requirements for all planned and unplanned maintenance events.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date maintenance records, documentation, and compliance logs using specialized software.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall fleet reliability and performance.
- Actively participate in pre- and post-maintenance briefings, fostering clear communication and a culture of continuous operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Logistics, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in aviation maintenance planning or scheduling, with a proven track record in commercial, cargo, or corporate aircraft environments.
- In-depth knowledge of international aviation maintenance regulations and compliance standards (e.g., FAA Part 145, EASA Part M/145, or similar local regulatory frameworks).
- Proficiency with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) software systems (e.g., AMOS, Trax, SAP PM) and advanced planning tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and operational teams.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for seamless international communication within our global operations.
