Responsibility
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs using advanced factory-authorized diagnostic tools.
- Execute routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake system inspections, and fluid replacements.
- Perform complex engine, transmission, and electrical system troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Ensure all repairs meet Toyota’s rigorous quality control standards and safety specifications.
- Document all service activities accurately in the internal management system for service history tracking.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to Service Advisors to ensure transparent communication with customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with dealership and environmental regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest Toyota service bulletins and participate in ongoing technical training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Vocational diploma or degree in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- TESDA certification (NC II or higher) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, engine management, and diagnostic software.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and precision.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple repair tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
