Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on automotive services and repairs.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient workshop workflow.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices, explaining costs and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Maintain detailed service records and customer databases using workshop management software.
- Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering parts and supplies as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic workshop management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
