Responsibility
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain detailed service records and update customer information in the dealership system.
- Explain technical issues and repair recommendations in clear, non-technical language.
- Upsell additional services and parts to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive dealership reputation.
- Stay updated on Geely vehicle models, service bulletins, and warranty policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service advising or a related role.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to test-drive vehicles when necessary.
- Certification in automotive service or a related field is a plus.
