Responsibility
- Assist in daily automotive operations, including inventory tracking, parts management, and logistics coordination.
- Support the processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions, and operational activities using digital tools.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality checks on automotive parts and equipment to uphold company standards.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management review and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Logistics, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external partners.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts, terminology, or industry standards is advantageous.
