Responsibility

  • Assist in daily automotive operations, including inventory tracking, parts management, and logistics coordination.
  • Support the processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions, and operational activities using digital tools.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on automotive parts and equipment to uphold company standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management review and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Logistics, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory management software.
