Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the car workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality automotive services.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all workshop activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on workshop performance, including sales, expenses, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and services to ensure quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive workshop management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of car mechanics, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using workshop management software and basic computer applications.
- Certification in automotive technology or a related field is a plus.
