Responsibility
- Conduct financial audits in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Review and analyze financial statements, records, and transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and audit standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Certification such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus.
