Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations of dental clinics, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups to optimize clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and patient documentation in accordance with data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to streamline inventory management, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance clinic performance.
- Prepare reports on clinic performance metrics, including patient volume, wait times, and resource utilization.
- Liaise with external vendors, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving administrative issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare administration, dental operations, or office management.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and compliance standards.
