Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues.
- Support the development and improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in on-site or remote project meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all engineering activities.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields) or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CAD software, MS Office, or other engineering tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently or in a team under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts as required.
