Responsibility
- Lead and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand the Private Trust client portfolio in Indonesia and regional markets.
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional clients seeking trust and wealth management solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, legal professionals, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Investment) to structure customized trust solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the private trust and wealth management space.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and financial models to prospective clients and senior management.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, revenue targets, and client acquisition metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent Kenanga Investment Bank at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP, or Trust & Estate Practitioner) is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, private banking, wealth management, or trust services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value client relationships in the financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of trust structures, estate planning, tax optimization, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia and ASEAN markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to assess complex financial needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
