Responsibility
- Assist the Store Supervisor in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product displays meet brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct regular audits of cash registers, stock rooms, and sales floors to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and operational metrics.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with Watsons’ policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership, preferably in health/beauty or FMCG sectors.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs, merchandising principles, and sales techniques.
