Responsibility

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards to ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee daily QA/QC operations, including inspections, testing, and documentation, to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Train and mentor QA/QC staff on best practices, procedures, and compliance requirements to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics, such as defect rates and customer feedback, to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and revision of quality policies, procedures, and SOPs to align with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and suppliers to ensure compliance and resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or health products industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and other regulatory standards relevant to manufacturing.
  • Experience with internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
  • Proficient in using QA software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certification in HACCP, ISO 9001, or Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
