Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of visitor services across multiple Bali locations, ensuring consistent service standards
  • Manage and train a team of visitor service representatives to deliver exceptional patient and guest experiences
  • Develop and implement visitor flow management systems to optimize efficiency during peak periods
  • Coordinate with medical departments to ensure smooth patient and visitor transitions between services
  • Monitor and analyze visitor feedback to continuously improve service quality and address concerns
  • Manage visitor registration processes, including digital check-in systems and traditional counter services
  • Collaborate with security and hospitality teams to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Prepare regular reports on visitor service metrics and operational performance for management review

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visitor services, hospitality, or healthcare administration
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex visitor situations
  • Experience with visitor management systems and digital check-in technologies
