Responsibility

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize healthcare service delivery and resource allocation in Bali.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance patient care standards.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies or processes that improve operational effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Operations Research, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, project management, and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance frameworks in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
