Responsibility
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize healthcare service delivery and resource allocation in Bali.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance patient care standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies or processes that improve operational effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders to enhance healthcare accessibility and engagement.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in operations planning and continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Operations Research, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in process optimization, project management, and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance frameworks in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
