Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full set of finance operations, including Account Receivables, Account Payables, and General Ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and month-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow and manage cash management processes to optimize liquidity.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate audits and regulatory filings.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and reporting standards is preferred.
