Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to cultivate and expand corporate partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential corporate donors, sponsors, and grant providers.
- Write and submit high-quality grant proposals, reports, and presentations to secure funding for Care Corner’s programs.
- Design and execute donor engagement programs, including events, campaigns, and stewardship activities to enhance donor retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting on fundraising progress and impact.
- Conduct market research to identify new funding opportunities and trends in corporate philanthropy.
- Represent Care Corner at networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and build brand awareness.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies, adjusting approaches as needed to maximize results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, or a related role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of securing corporate sponsorships, grants, or donations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in organizing and managing donor events, campaigns, or engagement programs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
