Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations in dining, housekeeping, and resident services to ensure exceptional standards of care and hospitality.
- Assist in managing and training staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered services in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to integrate seamless support services that enhance resident well-being.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, budgets, and resource allocation for dining and housekeeping departments.
- Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols in all operational areas.
- Handle resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop and execute service improvement initiatives to elevate resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and documentation to track performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, healthcare support, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including dining services, housekeeping, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare or elderly care environments is a significant advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic budgeting tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a plus.
