Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
