Responsibility
- AI Solution Development: Lead the design, testing, and deployment of AI-powered tools to automate and enhance patient care workflows, from diagnosis to treatment follow-up.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in clinical and administrative processes, proposing data-driven solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff, IT teams, and external vendors to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze healthcare data to uncover trends, predict patient needs, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new technologies by developing training programs, documentation, and support systems for end-users.
- Innovation Research: Stay abreast of emerging AI and healthcare technologies, evaluating their potential application to oncology care.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable impact.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to healthcare data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and ethical AI principles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in project management, AI/ML implementation, or healthcare technology, with a focus on process improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and healthcare IT systems (EHR, PACS).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
