Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial real estate, hospitality, and industrial sectors to promote AI-driven smart building solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share for HVAC optimization, energy management, and IoT building automation systems.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in smart building technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to customize solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration and ROI.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive repeat business.
- Monitor project implementations, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction while gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on AI, IoT, and sustainability trends in smart buildings to position ADF Technologies as a thought leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in PropTech, HVAC, energy solutions, or smart building industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of AI, IoT, and building automation technologies with the ability to articulate technical benefits to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally internationally for client meetings and industry events.
