Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Familiarity with GMP and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic knowledge of computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
