Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
- Oversee daily cash flow management and treasury operations to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Develop, monitor, and control the company’s annual budget in alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Implement and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast financial needs and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GAAP, and local accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in AR/AP management, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry financial operations is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
