Responsibility

  • Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in managing all F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts and menus that align with the wellness and fitness ethos of Bambu Fitness Bali.
  • Train, mentor, and lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B outlets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote F&B offerings and special events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a hotel, resort, or wellness center.
  • Proven track record of managing F&B operations, including budgeting, cost control, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, particularly in wellness and health-focused dining.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
