Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and Accor's sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor energy and water consumption, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventories, and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
