Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Maintain and organize accurate financial records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements on a daily basis.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including correspondence, meeting scheduling, and office supplies management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audit documentation as requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or MYOB).
  • Strong numerical ability with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
