Responsibility
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, from conceptual sketches to detailed construction drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate technical documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models, using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to refine designs, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections in Bali (or remotely, as needed) to monitor construction progress, verify design implementation, and address on-site issues.
- Support project coordination efforts, including liaising with contractors, consultants, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by integrating eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient design principles into projects.
- Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and team brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture to enhance your professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, documentation, or site supervision, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, regulations, and construction practices is a plus.
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently or remotely, with a strong sense of accountability and time management.
