Responsibility
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and evaluate project requirements.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles into all projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address design challenges.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus.
