Responsibility
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on various air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical failures in HVAC equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, and wiring to restore unit functionality.
- Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance standards.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical reports for all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system reliability and energy efficiency.
- Adhere to strict occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols while performing onsite repairs.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or TESDA Certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC) Servicing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and mechanical refrigeration cycles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle physical tasks effectively.
