Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end execution of AI/ML projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for AI initiatives
- Bridge communication between technical teams (data scientists, engineers) and business stakeholders to align project goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and ROI for leadership
- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices
- Foster innovation by researching emerging AI trends and evaluating their potential business applications
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for AI-related tools, datasets, and infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or data science projects
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects in agile environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model deployment processes
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (preferred but not required)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and AI development platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Ability to work effectively in remote/hybrid environments with global teams
