Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize AI-native applications using modern frameworks and cloud-based AI services (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker).
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate AI research into scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and ethical AI practices.
- Architect and maintain scalable backend systems to support AI workloads, including APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, reinforcement learning) and evaluate their applicability to product roadmaps.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on AI features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and implement robust security measures for AI systems.
- Document technical designs, APIs, and model training processes for cross-team alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML integration or product development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on experience deploying AI models in production (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Kafka).
- Experience with API design (REST/gRPC) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-focused AI products.
