Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models to enhance AvePoint’s managed services, focusing on automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent data classification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing data governance and management platforms.
- Optimize and scale AI algorithms for performance, ensuring they meet enterprise-grade reliability and security standards.
- Develop and maintain custom AI pipelines for data processing, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision applications.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine AI models using real-world data to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and clients on AI-driven features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and data governance to drive continuous innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of implemented projects.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for AI/ML model development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics is a plus.
