Responsibility
- Assist in designing and implementing AI-driven business processes to improve operational efficiency, including workflow automation and data analysis.
- Support HR initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs, leveraging digital tools and AI-powered platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and project management using tools like Notion, Slack, and Asana.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational best practices for Fabrica Robotics.
- Assist in developing HR policies, compliance documentation, and performance management frameworks tailored to a remote-first startup.
- Monitor and report on key business metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative culture.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI tools for HR and operations, such as chatbots for employee queries or predictive analytics for workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, robotics, and startup operations, with a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, business operations, or data analysis (prior internship or coursework experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or HR tech (e.g., chatbots, applicant tracking systems) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work remotely from Bali with a reliable internet connection and occasional availability for meetings outside standard hours (due to time zone differences).
