Responsibility
- Process after-hours corporate travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations using Amadeus GDS or other platforms.
- Provide 24/7 ticketing support for business travelers, including last-minute changes and emergency assistance.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers to secure optimal rates and availability.
- Resolve complex travel-related issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and client preferences in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless handover of shifts and consistent service delivery.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa/passport requirements, and corporate travel policies.
- Upsell additional travel services (e.g., insurance, upgrades) where applicable to enhance client value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting, ticketing, or customer service (preferably in corporate travel).
- Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo GDS (training provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Ability to work permanent night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM) with high energy and focus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies, fare rules, and international booking procedures.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
