Responsibility
- Perform consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients seeking aesthetic enhancements.
- Administer non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox, fillers, PRP, lasers, and thread lifts, with precision and care.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards, safety protocols, and ethical practices in all treatments.
- Educate patients on procedure expectations, aftercare, and realistic outcomes to build trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.
- Maintain detailed patient records and follow up on post-treatment progress.
- Participate in marketing and patient engagement initiatives to promote the clinic’s services.
- Uphold the high standards of Artisan Medical Group in delivering natural, subtle, and long-lasting results.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience as an Aesthetic Doctor, with a minimum of 2+ years in clinical aesthetics (locum experience is a plus).
- Certification or training in cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, or other non-surgical procedures.
- Strong patient communication skills with the ability to assess needs and manage expectations.
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and ethical practices in aesthetic treatments.
- Familiarity with latest industry trends and technologies in medical aesthetics.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination for precise procedures.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
