Responsibility
- Assist in the development and integration of advanced NAND process flows under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct data analysis and process characterization to identify opportunities for optimization and yield improvement.
- Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate on experimental design (DOE) and statistical analysis to validate process enhancements.
- Document and present technical findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable reports.
- Participate in equipment qualification and process monitoring to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all laboratory and cleanroom environments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in semiconductor processing, microelectronics, or thin-film technology (coursework or projects).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, JMP, or Excel) and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with process integration concepts and cleanroom protocols is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
