Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily packing operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of goods
- Manage and train handlers to optimize workflows, safety protocols, and productivity standards
- Assist in administrative tasks, including documentation, inventory tracking, and order processing
- Support marketing initiatives by preparing promotional materials, tracking campaign performance, and assisting with event logistics
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and report on operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in coordinating logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and delivery tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in logistics, administration, or related fields is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative, packing, logistics, or operations support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic understanding of inventory management, order processing, and documentation
- Familiarity with marketing support tasks, such as preparing materials or tracking campaign data, is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
