Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers, executives, and team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely updates to internal databases and filing systems.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial report preparation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets to support business operations and decision-making.
- Coordinate office supply orders, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless workflow.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve administrative queries.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative, office support, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is advantageous.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
