Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Provide personal assistance to executives, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense management.
- Maintain and update company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management and vendor relations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
