Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance for the automotive division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Lead and mentor finance and administrative staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
