Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payments, following up as needed.
- Prepare and send monthly statements to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.
- Generate reports on accounts receivable status and aging for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all receivables are accounted for.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in an automotive or dealership setting is a plus.
