In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the revenue cycle, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining seamless client relationships through efficient billing and collection processes.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, specifically proficient in NetSuite, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and timeliness are paramount. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, from invoice generation to final reconciliation. Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation and distribution.
- Utilize NetSuite ERP to record customer payments, apply credits, and maintain up-to-date ledger records.
- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Prepare and analyze monthly AR aging reports to identify trends and potential collection issues.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions align with general ledger entries.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to verify contract terms and billing requirements.
- Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all AR transactions are posted accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
- Mandatory proficiency in NetSuite ERP; experience with other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet strict financial deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
