Responsibility
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and payroll data in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including aging reports and payroll summaries, to management.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to minimize delays and improve cash flow.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial software and payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies related to payroll and accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of local tax laws, labor regulations, and financial compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
