Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and credit memos.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports and collection forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AR activities in the ERP system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and recommend best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
