Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and send invoices to clients, following up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
- Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
