Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with international clients to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Process invoices, credit memos, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure on-time payments.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Prepare and analyze monthly AR reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international financial regulations.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
- Strong understanding of B2B billing and international payment processes.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
