Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement to employees.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax filings, social security contributions) in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle employee claims, reimbursements, and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity in accounting software.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as required.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders for financial audits and inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks related to HR and finance, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and payroll management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B) is a plus.
